Ingredients
500g 2
Packages of Boneless Stewing Beef
I Package
Arctic Garden Asian Mixed Vegetables
2 Cans
Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 bag of
Italpasta Ritoni pasta (900g Bag)
3 cups
Shredded Old Cheddar Cheese
1/4tsp Salt
1/2tsp Black
Pepper
1tbsp Onion
Powder
1tbsp Garlic
Powder
1/4 cup EVOO
Step 1:
Preheat oven
to 350 degrees.
Cut both
packages of stewing beef into smaller pieces. Put into large roaster with the
EVOO, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder.
Mix
thoroughly.
Place covered,
onto lower oven rack.
Leave in for
1 hour.
Step 2:
After the
beef has been in the oven for an hour. Stir the meat and drain any liquid in
the roaster. Add the Mixed Vegetables
and place back into oven for 20 minutes.
Step 3:
After you
have added the Vegetables to the beef and placed back into the oven....
Boil rotini
to desired texture. Approximately 15
minutes after boiling for well cooked pasta.
Step 4:
Once the
pasta is cooked. Drain the water. Set aside.
Drain any
liquid from the roaster content.
Add the cooked rotini and 2 Cans
of Cream of Mushroom Soup. (Add directly
from can - Do NOT Add Liquid)
Mix Well
Sprinkle top
with the Shredded Cheese and place back into oven uncovered, for 15 minutes
until cheese has melted.
Step 5:
Remove from
oven and leave the roaster to sit uncovered for 5-10 minutes before serving.
