Chocolate Walnut Fudge






Ingredients

350g 1 Bag Hershey Semi-sweet chocolate chipits
300g 1 Bag Hershey Butterscotch chipits
300ml 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1tsp Vanilla Extract
75g 3 Bags Chopped Walnuts


Step 1:

Cover a 9/13" pan with foil and set aside.
Open the chipits, milk and nuts - set aside for easy access at stove.  Have the vanilla ready to measure.

Step 2:

Using a large heavy pot, add the chipits and milk - stirring continuously over high heat, until chipits begin to melt.  Turn the heat down to medium, continuing to stir until milk and chipits are well blended.  Add the vanilla and stir in the walnuts.
Moving quickly, pour melted mix into the foil covered pan you prepared earlier.  Spread out the mixture evenly and place pan into the freezer for 30 minutes.
Cut into squares and enjoy!

Bakers Tip

Once you have removed the fudge from the freezer.  Lift the foil from the pan onto a counter of working space.  Lifting the fudge onto its side - start to peel the foil to mid-way.  Flip to other side and peel remaining foil - until completely detached.  Set fudge back upon the foil and cut into strips - and then across each strip into squares of desired size.
