pasta, without breakage of the noodles.
Step 2:
Lightly - but
fully grease or spray with a non-stick cooking spray the full cups of the
muffin pan.
Place 1
teaspoon of spaghetti sauce into the bottom of each muffin cup.
Set the tray aside.
Step 3:
Brown the Lean Ground Beef in a skillet.
Add the
prepared vegetables. Mix thoroughly.
Once the vegetables begin to cook down with
the pre-browned beef, add the remainder of the spaghetti sauce. Stir thoroughly and leave to simmer on low
heat for 5 minutes. Stirring frequently.
*Tip* Add Black Pepper, Salt, Onion Powder, Cayenne
Pepper to taste.
Step 4:

With the
remaining sheets, cut into squares, placing each square into the bottom of each
cup within the muffin pan.

Remove the
skillet from the heat. Giving a final and

Top with the
shredded Old Cheddar Cheese.

Your lasagna
cups are ready when the sauce and cheese is bubbling and the pasta cups are
browned.
Let sit for 5
minutes after removing from the oven.
Serve Warm!!
Enjoy!!
*Tip* Remove cups from the muffin pan by loosening
the edges with a fork and scooping out.
